Great extras with July deals
TWS is celebrating its 10th year of business, a business
that has continued to grow year by year. Most recently the company opened a second show site in Thorp Arch to complement its existing site at Garforth.
Each site has a wealth of different fully-furnished conservatories on display -11 at Garforth and 12 at Thorp Arch so customers can browse at their leisure and see
just what their finished conservatory will look like.
And to celebrate the firm's anniversary, anyone buying a conservatory in July will be able to benefit from free laminates, a free cane suite and free blinds.
But that's not all. Managing director Tony Grindley reckons that TWS can offer some of the best finance deals around - even beating the banks hands-down and added:
"Now is definitely the time to buy a new conservatory. We are able to offer a range of finance options to suit every person at a lower rate than just about anyone
else around."
YOU don't survive in the highly competitive double glazing business for almost 10 years unless you're something pretty special.
And something special is just what Garforth based firm TWS can justifiably claim to be.
But you don't have to just take their word for it. The company has recently been awarded the prestigious Kitemark BS 8213- 4:2007 status for the
installation of its windows, doors and rooflights - a clear demonstration of its determination to provide the very best in product quality and customer service.
Managing director Tony Grindley explained why TWS had made the entirely voluntary decision to apply for Kitemark accreditation. He said: "We pride ourselves
in providing our customers with the very best quality products and service so they are assured of a level of service unmatched by many others in the industry.
"In this competitive market, we must keep ahead and Kitemark certification - because of its independence, integrity and trust - gives our products and
company a real competitive advantage.
"Before we were awarded the Kitemark we had to undergo an eight-month scrutiny of our installation procedure - it's not a standard that's handed out lightly."
Tony is also proud of the fact that TWS has achieved Trustmark status. This government-supported scheme helps members of the public find reputable firms to carry our
repairs and improvements to their home and is further proof, if proof were needed, that TWS is fully committed to achieving 100 per cent customer satisfaction.
Commitment to excellence is TWS's key to success
A COMMITMENT to excellence has been the key to success for TWS, the conservatory, window and door company which is big enough to satisfy but small enough to
care.
Since it was first formed in 1999, Garforth based TWS has established itself as the leading conservatory installer in the area, a status which has been won
by a combination of hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.
This highly professional company strives to offer the finest quality at very reasonable prices and to ensure its customers receive nothing but the very best
attention, from placing their order through to completion.
The showrooms at Garforth and Thorp Arch, Wetherby, are staffed by straight-talking people who give callers all the advice they need but will not push them
into a sale.
Indeed TWS does not employ cold callers or canvassers of any kind: The company is happy to let its products speak for themselves.
Tony said: "Here at TWS we believe that people are fed up of salesmen who impose themselves on people for three or four hours, make up an inflated
quote then invent reasons for discounts if they sign on the spot.
"Instead, we send all our customers a full written quotation and encourage them to think about their decision carefully in choosing the right company to
work with through the installation of their conservatory."
TWS only uses the highest quality products and windows, which all meet or exceed every technical standard for window performance and quality. Added to all
this is a fully comprehensive, insurance-backed 10-year guarantee.
To find out more about the TWS product range, visit one of the showrooms or call them on Freephone 0800 028 0675 between 9am and 9pm, seven days a week.

TWS Joins Trustmark
Within weeks of receiving BSI Accreditation for BS 8213-4:2007 Windows, doors and rooflights, TWS (Leeds) Limited has become a member of the award winning Trustmark Scheme. This nationwide scheme is targeted specifically at homeowners to encourage the sourcing of trustworthy and reputable tradesmen through every discipline within the building industry and is backed by Government, the industry and other consumer protection organisations, including the Consumer Protection Association, of which TWS is a member. The CPA has been displaying the TrustMark logo for a number of months and is a fervent supporter of this initiative to improve standards and workmanship within the construction industry.
"This award is just one more piece of evidence for our customers that the quality of our service and performance is independently recognised," comments Tony Grindley, Managing Director of TWS. "Membership confirms that we are reputable and with the backing of the CPA insurance guarantees, we can offer our customers complete peace of mind that every eventuality is covered in the unlikely event of something going wrong."
TWS employs its own team of professional surveyors and tradespeople to ensure the tightest control of all building and installation work and takes pride in providing the very best quality products and service. Being part of the independently assessed Trustmark scheme entitles TWS to display the TrustMark logo which represents the company's integrity and compliance with the scheme's core values.
In the last nine years, TWS has established themselves as the leading conservatory installer in the area. Achieving the Kitemark was a major landmark in the company's history and being a member of the TrustMark Scheme further reinforces the company's reputation for excellence amongst its customers.
